The majority of our images are made accessible to photo buyers via Internet download.  Downloading is the preferred choice for JPEG files and small quantities of TIFF files.  A high-speed connection is required for downloading high-resolution images as file sizes range from 10 MB to 60 MB.

For large quantities of JPEG files or more than five TIFF files, we prefer to deliver the images on CD or DVD disk.  Typically disks are posted via First Class or Airmail, but if your project is on a tight schedule, FedEx express delivery is offered at the photo buyer's expense.

We make every effort to deliver preview enlargements and high-resolution image files within one business day.  Depending on our work load, photo buyers on tight production schedules can sometimes get images within a few hours, however, this expedited service may increase the fee. Processing your request depends in part on how quickly the licensing agreement is signed and returned. High-resolution images can be downloaded immediately once the agreement particulars are complete.

If your schedule allows, we prefer at least two days to give your order the proper attention it deserves.  Besides, it is prudent to plan for those inevitable unforeseen circumstances such as computer glitches, Internet interruptions, server problems, corrupted files, e-mail spam filters, power outages and whatever other setbacks may be looming.

Low-resolution (72 ppi) preview images, or comp and layout enlargements, are delivered via e-mail attachment or through a custom on-line lightbox.  Select your delivery preference when filling out the Registration & Photo Request Form.  Click the Quality tab above for preview image specifications.
